Cat did not trust him, more to the point, she didn't want to have anybody laugh at her and watch her carry on. She sucked it up and walked over to him. Taking his hand he led her into the water. She was panicking, her heart racing, but she tried so hard not create a scene.
When he wrapped his arms around her waist and pulled her in deeper, she held onto him this time. "Relax... Relax, I've got you." He said "Look into my eyes... Don't worry about anything else. I've got you," she nodded her head.
